Wedding Photography

Booking:

Deposits: Payment of at least 50% of the booking fee is payable as a deposit to confirm the day. Until payment is made the day is not confirmed with your photographer. Remaining balance is due one month before the wedding date. In the unlikely event of a cancellation half of the deposit may be refunded. Cancellations within one month of the wedding date may receive no refund.

Coverage:

If a request has been made for a specific list of photographed groups then the photographer shall do their best to ensure all are covered. This may sometimes not be possible due to timing, lighting or weather, but the photographer shall always make any changes clear on the day, and endeavour to do their utmost to complete a list of required images in full.

Purchasing Images:

Prices at time of booking may differ from those at time of ordering prints/albums etc. If photographs are ordered within 6 months of the wedding date we shall do our best to accommodate. Orders made after 6 months may be charged at new rates if increases have been made.

Images as shown on the website and reference folder are the original camera size and ratio. When ordering different sizes, cropping on the longest dimension is necessary. (Most severely on 10x8” size, least severely on 7x5” size).
Digital Files Via email will be camera resolution with a small reduction in file size to assist email, with no loss of quality.

During the editing process minor retouching, or enhancing of exposures may be done at no charge, at the photographer’s discretion. However photo retouching can often be time consuming and will be charged at an hourly rate of £35 if deemed applicable.

Copyright:

Copyright-removed images purchased in digital form (as a complete set on disk, or via email from our website) are free from copyright for your personal use only. Images may not be for commercial use without permission.
Images purchased in digital form are maximum-quality JPEG images, at full camera resolution.

All images and code on our website are copyright to Lavenham Photographic. They may not be downloaded, printed or in any way used without permission.

Lavenham Photographic reserves the right to use any image for promotion including albums, frames, display boards, banners, brochures and websites.
If you would prefer that your images are not used in this way, please let us know.
